1. Service Overview

Big Box Stunt provides a professionally managed surprise experience using our custom “Big Box” reveal system.

Our services include:

  • Reveal : delivery and live reveal experience

  • Reveal+ : includes filming and edited content

  • Each booking includes up to 1 hour on site.


Additional time may be requested at a rate of £50 per additional hour, subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed following a consultation where key details are agreed.

Full payment is required to secure your date.
 
Final details must be confirmed in advance to ensure a smooth experience

3. Location & Access

Most reveals take place at the recipient’s home, typically in:

  • Lounges

  • Hallways

  • Open indoor spaces

  • Outdoor setups (e.g. gardens) may be arranged where suitable, particularly for evening bookings.

 
Access requirements:

  • Ground floor access or lift access is required

  • Locations involving full flights of stairs without lift access may not be suitable


Final positioning and suitability are assessed on arrival by our team to ensure safety and quality of the experience.

4. Participant Suitability & Safety

The experience is designed for most adults with average build and mobility.
The participant will be positioned in a compact, enclosed setting for a short, controlled period as part of the reveal.
 
The experience includes:

  • Sighting effects

  • Sound/music

  • A guided reveal sequence


It is the responsibility of the booking party to inform us in advance of any relevant conditions, including (but not limited to):

  • Discomfort in enclosed spaces

  • Light sensitivity or epilepsy

  • Heart conditions or medical sensitivities to surprise or stimulation

  • We reserve the right to adapt or cancel the experience on the day if safety concerns arise.


5. On-Site Delivery & Experience Management

All experiences are delivered and managed by our team to ensure a smooth, controlled, and realistic “surprise delivery” presentation.

Setup, operation, and removal are handled exclusively by our crew.

Equipment must not be handled or operated by clients or participants.

6. Filming & Media (Reveal+)

Where filming is included:

  • We will capture and provide edited content as agreed

  • By proceeding, you confirm that participants and recipients consent to being filmed unless otherwise agreed in advance

  • We may request permission to use footage for promotional purposes, which will always be agreed separately.


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We aim to be fair and flexible while managing logistics and preparation.

  • More than 10 days before booking

  • Full refund or free reschedule

  • Between 10 days and 48 hours

  • Free reschedule (subject to availability)

  • Cancellations are non-refundable

  • Within 48 hours

  • Rescheduling may still be possible, however an administration fee may apply

  • Cancellations are non-refundable

  • On the day / no-show

  • Non-refundable if the experience cannot proceed due to access issues, absence, or last-minute cancellation

We may offer flexibility at our discretion

8. Liability & Insurance

We operate with appropriate public liability insurance.

While we take all reasonable care to deliver a safe and controlled experience, we are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Undisclosed medical or personal conditions

  • Unsuitable environments not communicated in advance

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.


9. Equipment & Property

All equipment remains the property of Big Box Stunt.

Clients and participants must:

  • Follow guidance from our team

  • Avoid interfering with equipment

  • Any damage caused through misuse or negligence may be chargeable.


10. Travel & Coverage

We operate across the UK mainland.

Travel arrangements and access must be clearly communicated during booking to ensure feasibility.

11. Right to Refuse or Adapt Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust the setup based on safety or space constraints

  • Refuse or cancel the experience if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable

  • Our priority is delivering a safe, controlled, and high-quality experience.
